DWARKAMAI

Dwarkamai is a contemporary residence designed around the idea of balancing visual openness, privacy and material warmth. The façade is composed as a series of layered horizontal and vertical elements, creating depth while giving the house a bold and distinctive street presence.

Charcoal ACP cladding establishes a strong architectural frame, complemented by warm terracotta-toned tiles, textured surfaces and neutral painted finishes. Vertical fins and a decorative metal jali act as climate-responsive features, filtering sunlight, improving privacy and adding changing patterns of light and shadow throughout the day. Glass railings visually lighten the balconies and reinforce the home’s contemporary character.

Inside, the design follows a restrained neutral palette, softened through warm lighting, textured walls and carefully selected furniture. Curved openings and subtle wall mouldings introduce elegance without making the spaces feel overly decorative. The entrance landscaping and the traditionally inspired prayer area add warmth and cultural identity, creating a meaningful contrast with the modern architectural language.

Overall, Dwarkamai brings together contemporary geometry, functional detailing and traditional elements to create a comfortable family home with a distinct identity
